Cllr Frank Kelly (Merstham)

I have lived along with my family in Merstham since 1996 and have been proud to serve as your borough Councillor since 2011.

Along with my fellow Merstham borough and county Councillors we have worked hard to deliver the pledges made to the people of Merstham. We have in this time seen the roll out of the recycling scheme, the regeneration planning of Portland Drive area, looked at shop placement in South Merstham and more allotment spaces.

Within the council I am a member of the regulatory committee and a chair of licensing sub- committee. I also represent the council as I sit on the committees for YMCA housing, Age Concern Merstham, Redhill, Reigate and also the Colman Redland Centre.

During my term I have been part of various projects including renovating the War Memorial and funding the new remembrance bench, building links with Merstham British Legion and supporting the Canada Hall project.

It has been an honour to serve Merstham for the past 4 years and with your continued support on 7th May hopefully we can continue to go forward together as a community.
