Hi! I'm James King and I've been a councillor for South Park and Woodhatch since 2016. I've got deep and long-standing family connections in the ward having grown up here, with both my parents growing up in Rushetts Road.

Jessica has lived with her husband in Redhill since 2009 and runs her property business in Reigate. She is Surrey born and bred, having grown up just along the A25 in Shalford near Guildford.

Lorraine is a wife and mother of three who has lived in Banstead for 25 years. Having been a member and Patron of the Reigate & Banstead Association for several years, Lorraine was elected in 2025 as Deputy Chairman Membership & Fundraising.

Ian and his family have lived in Reigate for over 40 years. He is a life long supporter of the Conservative Party, and has assisted with many Council and Parliamentary campaigns.
